We manage our properties directly and self-perform maintenance, construction, and improvements wherever practical and cost-effective. We use debt that supports both our business plan and our goal of long-term ownership. We seek to build equity over time while returning capital through ongoing cash flow, prudent refinancing, and selective sales.
